CPA & Managing Partner // mforeman@foremanairhart.com

“Some time ago, I began to see how clients found it difficult to keep an eye on all the various aspects and complexities of their personal and business finances. This is especially true of entrepreneurs who are pressed for time and, while they are experts in their industries, opportunities for growth are being overlooked. Being successful as a self-employed person or business owner takes constant vigilance and the ability to implement sound business practices.”

Mark has extensive experience in audit, accounting, and taxation, working with clients in a diverse range of industries. His practice emphasis is on business advisement and strategic planning to proactively advise individuals, executives, and owners of small to mid-sized businesses with complex financial needs. His strategic insight ensures decisions are congruent with the long-term financial goals established for individuals and organizations.

He is a longstanding member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Society of Louisiana CPAs.

A native of Louisiana, Mark graduated from the University of Southern Louisiana. He and his wife, Gail, have 2 children and live in Bloomington.
